May 8, 2012. USP&E received the prestigious Entrepreneur of the Year National Finalist Award in the Environmental and Construction category in Southwest Area North. June 18, 2012. As a highly accomplished executive and entrepreneur, USP&E CEO Will Gruver was selected by The Dallas Business Journal to join its 2012 class of 40 Under Forty. Candidates must be under age 40 and have a proven track record in both business and community involvement. Will Gruver, USP&E’s founder, was selected for this honor for his dynamic leadership, involvement, and commitment to the North Texas business community.
November 17, 2012. The Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship / Dallas SMU Cox School of Business honors those entrepreneurs who build their own businesses and create jobs in the Dallas Metroplex. USP&E placed seventh out of the 100 fastest-growing privately held companies in the Dallas area.
